Problem Statement
Hospitals were struggling to monitor patient satisfaction during in-patient stays. Most relied on post-discharge surveys, which captured feedback too late after the patient had already left. This delay led to unresolved complaints, lower satisfaction scores, and negative impact on hospital ratings and insurance reimbursements. The client approached AcmeMinds with an early-stage concept: a digital platform that would allow hospitals to collect feedback instantly, respond to issues in real time, and systematically improve the quality of patient care.
They needed a unified system capable of:

In essence, the vision was to create a real-time patient experience management solution that healthcare teams could use to proactively resolve issues rather than react to them after discharge.

EMR Integration & Interoperability
Data accuracy and interoperability were prioritized by integrating the platform with major EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, and Meditech using FHIR standards. HIPAA-compliant security, encryption, and data handling ensured safe and accurate patient identification and synchronized feedback across hospitals.
AcmeMinds managed the full technical lifecycle of the solution. The team built a microservices-based backend with supporting APIs and front-end modules, along with server infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Automated testing ensured reliability, while both mobile and web applications were delivered across hospital networks. Continuous QA and stakeholder reviews validated healthcare-grade performance and compliance.
