We built a Smart Document Automation System that automatically understands documents and assigns them to the right client records.

Instead of simply moving files, the system reads, analyzes, and makes decisions based on data confidence. This reduced manual work while keeping humans involved only when needed.

How the System Works

Text Extraction & Data Understanding

Documents are automatically picked up from designated folders as soon as they arrive. No manual upload or intervention is required. Each document is processed using AWS Textract to extract key information such as client name, loan ID, SSN, and payment details.

Decision Logic

  1. If the system is confident, the document is automatically attached to the correct CRM record.
  2. If the match is unclear, the document is flagged for manual review.
