Conscious Cleanse is a wellness and nutrition platform supporting daily participation across coaching, programs, and community engagement. The existing digital experience was unstable, hindered user adoption, and did not clearly communicate program value.
We partnered with the Conscious Cleanse team to strengthen the product foundation, improve core user experiences, and redesign the public website for clarity, trust, and conversions. We needed to focus on the following success parameters.
Chronic bugs and slow performance reduced user confidence and operational efficiency.
Participant journeys and administrative workflows lacked intuitive structure, slowing productivity.
The marketing site did not reflect brand purpose or guide users effectively toward conversion.
All work needed to occur without interrupting active wellness programs.
