At AcmeMinds, we believed that improving patient experience starts with clarity, accessibility, and timely communication. Our approach focused on building a solution that seamlessly fits into the hospital ecosystem while being intuitive for patients of all ages.

We began with in-depth UX research, engaging both patients and care teams to understand their pain points and expectations. These insights shaped a patient-first design that simplified interaction even in high-stress healthcare environments.
