We are looking for a strong, honest, and people-first Administration & HR Executive to join our growing IT services company. This role is critical to our daily operations and culture. The person will own end-to-end IT recruitment, support HR operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning.

This position works closely with the HR Director and is ideal for someone who is confident, transparent, highly organized, and not afraid to speak up when something is incorrect or misaligned. We are specifically looking for someone who wants to grow with the organization long term, not just fill a role.

Administration & Office Operations

  • Manage daily office operations, including vendors, supplies, facilities, and logistics.
  • Ensure internal policies and basic statutory requirements are followed.
  • Maintain discipline, structure, and operational hygiene within the office.

Operations & Employee Engagement

  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal reports (leave, attendance, etc.).
  • Assist in managing leave records, attendance tracking, and basic HR MIS.
  • Support the HR Director in organizing employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and cultural activities.
  • Ensure HR processes and policies are consistently followed and transparent.

IT Recruitment (Primary Responsibility – End-to-End Ownership)

  • Work closely with technical managers to understand technical and cultural requirements for roles.
  • Draft, post, and manage job listings across job portals, LinkedIn, and internal networks.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical IT roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews; manage end-to-end candidate communication.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in offer rollouts.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth joining and integration.
  • Continuously improve recruitment quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
  • This role requires someone who is confident and hands-on in IT recruitment, not just coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration and IT recruitment (IT services background preferred).
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using MS Office, spreadsheets, and basic recruitment tools.
